Privacy Policy — App Dellas

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. It applies to users in the United States and, where noted, users in Brazil.

This policy describes App Dellas operational practices and does not replace legal counsel. Users in Brazil may exercise rights under LGPD; in the United States, rights vary by state (including CCPA/CPRA in California).

1. Who we are

App Dellas (“we”, “us”) operates a community platform for events, marketplace features, messaging, and related services. For privacy requests, contact privacy@dellasgroup.com.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), phone, profile photo, bio, preferences.
Location data: city/region you provide or approximate location when you enable location features.
Payments: order amounts, currency, payment status. Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Community & chat: posts, messages, media uploads, RSVPs, reports, and moderation records.
Device & usage: app version, session data, logs for security, analytics, and support.

3. How we use information

Create and secure your account, authenticate access, and provide core features.
Process payments, orders, and marketplace transactions.
Operate events, communities, notifications, and customer support.
Prevent fraud, enforce community rules, and protect users.
Improve the product with aggregated or de-identified analytics.
Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

4. Third-party service providers

Stripe — payment processing.
Firebase / push providers — notifications (when enabled).
Email providers (e.g. Resend) — transactional and optional marketing email.
Cloud hosting & storage — application infrastructure and media.

5. Retention

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and meet legal obligations. When you request account deletion, we anonymize or delete personal data according to our internal procedures, subject to backups and legal holds.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of certain processing. In the app, go to Settings → Privacy & your data to submit requests.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. If we use analytics or advertising tools that qualify as “sharing” under California law, you can opt out via our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

Brazil (LGPD): if you are in Brazil, you may exercise rights under LGPD through the same in-app channel or by emailing privacy@dellasgroup.com.

7. Children

App Dellas is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 provided data, contact privacy@dellasgroup.com.

8. Changes & contact

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “updated” date.
