Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents can use this page to understand and exercise opt-out rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Our position
App Dellas does not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics, advertising, or measurement tools used by online services may be considered “sharing” under California law when they use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
2. How to opt out
- In the mobile app: Settings → Privacy & your data → Revoke consent for optional marketing and communications.
- Email privacy@dellasgroup.com with subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and the email address linked to your account.
- Use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser where we honor it for California users.
3. What happens after you opt out
We will process your request within the timeframes required by California law. Opting out does not affect personal information used for core service delivery, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
4. Authorized agents
California residents may use an authorized agent to submit a request. The agent must provide proof of authorization and we may verify your identity directly.
