Terms of Use — App Dellas

App Dellas provides a platform for community connection, events, marketplace listings, messaging, and related features. Availability of specific modules may vary by release and region.

You must be at least 13 years old to use App Dellas. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your state), you should use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission where required by law.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not harass, impersonate, spam, or post illegal or harmful content.
• Comply with event, community, and marketplace rules published in the product.
• Respect intellectual property and other users’ privacy.

We strive to maintain a secure, reliable service and clear communication channels. We may modify features, suspend access, or remove content that violates these terms or poses risk to the community.

Paid features and marketplace transactions may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes follow the policies displayed at checkout and applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your state apply.

Disputes should first be sent to privacy@dellasgroup.com. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
